Okay i got one of these lovely emails which of course was unsigned as things like this are most times. I do not know if what was in the email is true or not. I do know that i have dealt with Stephen a couple of times and things have gone well both time. This past campaign at a cost of $400 has put approximately $7500 in fees in my pipeline so far. This is probably conservative number but definitely realistic. Now let's see if i told you to give me $400 and each time you did i would give you $5000 would you be interested? Of course you would. I used the $5000 number in case one of the loans happens to fall out for some reason but heck if everytime you gave me a $400 i gave you $1200 back would you take it?
To whoever sent the email please lose my email address. You obviously have some issues and i do not have time to deal with you, i am too busy right now. |

I used Stepens service a few months ago , invested $400 and got a $5200 gross return , the beuty of it , was that the actual call and app did not come in till 15 days after the campaign , it was from an airline pilot , he only checks messages twice a month |

New Jersey, New York, Pa, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, Michigan, Maryland, Wisconsin and Virginia.
What states would you recommend right now FHA streamline, arm resets in particular etc??
NJ is our primary, I think NY has some pockets of good equity right now???

Now doing Telemarketed FHA/VA leads(for streamlines as everyone I call will already be in a VA or FHA loan) on a limited basis to a few clients at a time on top of current campaign...Looking for nationwide originators or as close as possible(FL and CA can stand alone)...
At this point, for quality control, all telemarketing will be done by Kim, my personally trained protege Andy(mentally sharp, young disabled Iraq War vet I hired) and myself...I will be responsible for all of them...
Nobody will be BS'd into requesting you call them as "I" must see there is enough information that tells me you'll be able to offer a substantial benefit to them...If not, you'll never know about them as we're not here to waste time and nobody is paid on volume, only quality...
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO HAVE ALL CALLS RECORDED TO AVOID HE SAID/SHE SAID SITUATIONS!
We WILL qualify every person on;
- their current rate
- their last 12 payments were made ONTIME
- their desire to refinance if a benefit is there
- credit score if they know it
- state specific items(if any, you must tell us in advance)
Once a person requests a callback, they will be given the NAME and NUMBER(name is more important than number as you may call from many numbers, but in my experience, if you don't have a name on your ID, people will screen you out and you'll blame me for you're inability to reach them, you are forewarned, that is your problem) that will show up on their ID when you call them so they answer your call as we all know this is a problem with TM'd leads, this also ensures 100% EXCLUSIVITY as the BRW will only have ONE name and number...
How many other vendors have a means of guaranteeing the other people calling your BRW(if they get other calls that same day, which is a flag to begin with) aren't also his clients?...You'll be able to ask your BRW, if you desire, if they were given more than one name and number, you'll never hear that, guaranteed(unless you give me more thn one number to give them)...
Because of the high level of qualifying we plan on doing, we won't guarantee a minimum per day, if they all suck, guess what, you won't get any that day, if there are 10 good ones the next day, you'll get 10 that day unless you tell us a max per day, but we won't push people to meet a quota...I believe most of you would prefer a slower pace of qualified leads over a high pace of crap...
I will have them set up to the point if what THEY TOLD ME is true, there should be a deal on more occasions than not...
These will be some of the highest qualified leads available, there won't be some $8-10/hr TMer here that needs to push people to make a quota, we want deals, not just leads...I personally know I could talk almost any BRW that gives me the time of day into talking to you just to get a lead out, but that reflects on me and my skills and that aint happening...
I'll also be starting out with small minimums(5-10 leads)...
Pricing at this time will be will be based on quantity, if you want them recorded and your promise to post your results here(good or bad)...
