Where else do you get highly targeted data(when calling for FHA streamlines, we ONLY call those in FHA loans, no shooting in the dark) and the ability to contact them for .10 each?...1/4 the price of just a stamp!
For example, to get 2000 FHA contacts(not dials or minutes), we need to call 5-6000 people currently in FHA mortgages...Can you buy 5-6000 records and know you're going to contact 2000 for .10 each???...
Any web-based or hosted system is also not compliant, they do not display the proper ID when dialing which risks YOUR license, not the person dialing..
Look at all those trying to copy me again, the difference is I'm compliant, I get express recorded permission from every person to hear a voice broadcasted message so YOUR license is not in jeopardy, NOBODY else does that, only here! |

Today's client has spoke to over 20 people and we're only half way thru the day!...Lots of people home today looking for low rates!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was such a busy day client got totally fried, stopped after 25 transfers, 3 people leaving specific times for callbacks and 2 people calling back from messages left this morning!!!!!...Lord knows how many deals!...That's less than $7 an EXCLUSIVE LEAD plus who knows how many callbacks to follow from 1500 messages left!... |

I'll definitely do this again in April. This week's campaign, had great results. I have 6 new loans and still another good 10 leads that have promise! I haven't had such good results from anything lead related in years! Great find Stephen, thanks!

He is very helpful in getting you set up and monitors you throughout the entire process. Out of 1200 leads (on a Sunday)...I have 6 positive FHA streamline loans in the pipeline...3 cash out refi's...7 potential loans with a little bit of credit repair and an additional 10 modification candidates. Not bad for a Sunday. I have purchased leads from many different sources over the last 15 years and I have to say Darkstar's are the best! |

Yesterday's client just relayed to me he sent out 2 packages this morning and may have 3 or 4 total from the day!...
Client from the day before reported 3-5 strong deals, he'll post his own testimonial as he's a member...
It's not perfect, but it's incredibly consistent!

Others claim "very accurate", their claim is 85% accurate...I wouldn't pay .01 for info that bad...Title data is more accurate...
My FHA/VA info has less than a 1% error rate in the info, any worse and it should be free... |

Today's client just got the 4th one he said was a "good" one(app on doable deal) with time still left in day, come and get yours!!!!!

| Just a quick post since it is late. We got a total of 11 leads today out of which two are solid apps so far. A couple others asked to be called back but we could not connect tonight so there should be a couple more tomorrow. |
