UPDATE 3-5-09
The Obama plan has hit us hard!!! And I'm LOVING IT!
HOLY COW!!!! I came in this morning and checked all of our stats on the loan mod leads from yesterday. We KILLED IT! Out TMs were able to generate almost 755% more leads then we average and our Internet sites got us nearly double the amount of leads from the average we see also..... I guess Obama's plan is creating more demand than ever....
Since the demand is picking up and my capacity grows i will lower pricing on all of the lead campaigns we do for mods....
From now until I take this post off i will discount the following....

I am sending 10 over. 12 was taken already however i did get another CA one this morning you can take. Our websites are flat out kicking butt and taking names right now....literally taking twice as many names as they did in December. In the last 3 weeks our internet traffic has doubled for loan mod terms. In addition to this our Telemarekters are really picking up their lead per hour ratio. Even mail campaigns are bringing in a full percent response better than they were. I haven't seen a demand form consumer like this since the last refi boom.
If your doing mods and dont have enough business let me know and fill your pipeline.

I think everyone is missing the point that the Obama plan is FREE , you dont need to pay a mod company , all these people that google loan mod and get info on line are having their info sold and have no idea that the companies calling are all for profit , are the screeners even telling these people that their is a fee associated with the service ? |

My Telemarketers do tell the home owners there is a fee involved to do a modification. One thing you have to take into consideration is even though banks will do them for certain home owners for free, most home owners are unaware of how to contact them and or how to submit the paper work properly. Another factor to consider is the home owners time and ability to negotiate new terms is far less superior than a specialist. Getting help from law firm that specializes in the negotiation can be very beneficial to the home owners since they will usually get a much better deal than the home owner them self.
It's no different than injury claims from car accidents, filing BK, refinancing, settling your debt, etc....Home owners are willing to pay someone to help them that understands their needs then so be it. As long as there is a demand from the consumer their will be business servicing that need. As traffic picks up online the obvious fact is the demand is there from many home owners that need help. If leads are coming in we will sell them to the companies that service that need. So far so good, our clients are happy!
