| in 1990 when countrywide was a regional bank Mozilo drove a wonderful man I worked for named Joe McDonough to a heart attack. He gave Joe a warehouse line and when the market turned countrywide decided not to honor the agreement, I believe it was about 10 million. his actions now are common place in his world. |

| this is just the kind of PR I have hoped for, the big guys not cooperting with the home owner. this will shame them into cooperating more on the secure loans |
