With the horrible week in subprime lending anyone still doing 640 Siva loans? SFR Purchase CA ...blah blah blah. Anyone doing this on First time home buyers as well.

We'll do 640 stated to 100%. FTHB have to meet minimum trades and have a commercial VOR or Cancelled checks. Call me if you don't have an EquiFirst rep and we can discuss our programs.
