I HAVE A 3UNIT O/O I CAN GO FULL DOC WITH PITI WASH.
MA DEAL ABOUT 500K PV, 90MTG LATE.
I HAVE 560 FOR HIGHEST SCORE AND 556 FOR MID SCORE.
IF ANYONE SOMEONE WHO CAN, PLEASE FORWARD INFO, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

what ltv did you need?
first franklin, chase bc wash 75%, and bnc gives you 95% as income . . .
ff might be a good choice with the mtg late . . .

| delta washes, too, but there seem to be a lot of hidden stickies with them - i never fund there . . . |
