Ironiclly, I was on the phone with my AE last Thursday. We had gotten on the topic of option arms some how and she said something along the lines of "those programs are for all the other company's that keep going under".

| Believe me it was a complete surprise... who do you recommend for subprime now that I can refer to my brokers... Still would like to help them out.. don't say New Century ;) |

| kevin I just wanted to express my sorrow over your situation and say I admire your professionalism in still being concerned about your brokers at a time when many would be focused on self preservation. Godd luck to you and here's hoping you land in a better situation. |

Kevin, send me your resume. Equifirst is hiring reps for both inside and outside and yes, people like you looking out for your brokers and not for yourself first are the people we like to have on board.
