Here is the scenario:

657 Mid Score
100% LTV or CLTV
stated/stated
SFR
C/O refi
11 month seasoning

I need a lender that can reissue my credit score...i pulled ine on 2/28/07...can anyone help me...i have a full file ready to submit and close asap...client is very anxious to close

Auroro just bumped their guidelines to 660 today, they will no longer do that one ;-(

hte only problem is they need to reissue the credit..i just had it repulled through a lender and the score dropped to a 533

it all depends on the credit bureau servicing co that you use...I have had luck with wilmington and BNC using my credit report, but it is up to the lender....hope that helps

We can use your credit in most cases. There is a variance though. Can still do stated refi with 640. Rates wont be pretty, but can get it done.

eric-i know that you cannot do it...i submitted it to e-1st and thats where my score dropped

jeff- if you can do it what would the pricing look like?
