Need a lender who can lend 100% on a 2 4unit buildings total of 8 units on a Kansas investment property. 688 credit score. I am new to the mortgage industry and have kind of been told where to start, but none of those lenders were able to help. Each unit being sold for 125,000 for a total of 1 million. Monthly lease payments per unit are $ 950. Please help if possible.

Hi Meagan;
Are all the units occupied (rented out)? Is the borrower willing to go full doc with strong financials? |

| all are occupied with a waiting list to occupy. Full doc not a problem. Strong Financial could be a problem he owns a ranch free and clear, but other assets not really sure. |
