| NY O/O stated 90% 5yr option arm one loan does this exist or am I dreaming 700 mid score plenty reserves. |

| I dont think it exists as one loan, but you should be able to do an 80/10 with World Savings- Wachovia, or whatever they're called nowadays. |

| 80 is normally the max Op Arm in NY. ABConduit was funding one loan at 90, with LPMI .. not sure if they still do. |
