Got the email today, too. Weird. I just closed two loans with them two weeks ago. They had a pretty good N/O/O 100% program.

Surprisingly, the website www.lenderimplode.com did not
list Concorde as going out of business. Today, this website
announced that the 17th lender that went out of business is
Deep Green Financial of Cleveland, Ohio.

Concorde, Arizona, seemed like a lender with lots of
good programs, i.e. 100% non-owner, and was quite an established
compnay with even the Virtual Loan Officer program whereby
you could work for them out of your home as one of their
virtual L/O (Almost like a net brach). Indeed, several of
their A/Es were regular contributors to BrokerOutpost and
I wonder where they are now.

Any Concorde A/E out there to confirm if Concorde is still
in business?

I spoke to the owner and they closed the doors...they are closing the loans in their pipeline though... I can't say anything else except the circumstances are better than some of the others that have closed down...they didn't do a MLN and leave everybody out to dry...
