Does anyone know who can approve a real estate investor who wants to "flip" (buy and sell) homes primarily in California:
1) No Down Payment
2) No FICO Credit Scores
3) 100% Financing or Whatever Highest LTV (65% To 75% LTV)
4) No Upfront Fees
5) No Application Fees
6) Up To 2 Week Closing
7) Seller Concession Allowed
8) Points & Closing Costs Rolled Into The Loan
9) Up To 2 Year Term
10) No Reserves
11) No Bank Statements/W-2's
12) Allow Pay Stubs Only
