I'll send the "know-it-all" customers who I prequaled last may, wondering why the same program I had then is no longer available . . .lol. |

That's a good idea!!!!
Between the "know-it-all's" and their "uncles" show them that site and maybe that'll shut 'em up.... |

The sub prime customers are just going to have to accept what they get.
Why can't I get a fixed rate, or why can't I get a 6% rate, why can't I get 100% LTV.
I just spoke with my Fremont rep and he advised me that as of Tuesday 1/23/2007 they are going to increase rates up to a .250 on most programs. that means there are more changes to come.

| Just to clarify, it looks like it will only be a few fico tiers on our AA credit that will have rate increases. Not across the board or all programs. |

| I guess for the time being I will only be sending files to my tried and true AE's, and not bother testing some unfamiliar lender. |

My mistake. Rates are going up for other credit grades besides the AA. Sorry for any confusion. |
