A loan officer in my office needs to do 2 refi's. 798 score, Stated, 50% ltv. Any lenders allow loans to loan officers or Brokers? I think it would be easier to send him to my buddy who is a broker??

Doing one very similar right now with First Magnus. The one I'm doing is for an investment property at that. Give them a call. |

| Astoria will do it... probably the better rates of the choices with that score and LTV. |

We will do loans for Loan officers and Brokers.
No adjustments to guidelines.

We do will do them... You would probably be better paying the extra .125 - .25 price hit for No Ratio... Give me a call to talk about them...
