Argent Mortgage will do them up to 85% LTV/CLTV and are not hard on appraisals at all. Just make sure that the appraisal does not say rural.

Decision One has A good Manufactured program, as does Option One. Long Beach will do them but it is like pulling teeth. Wells will go to 85% but watch the appraisal reveiw.

| Option One and Decision One are my choices for manufactured. Option One is a little higher on the interest rate, but has no prepay. |

I've been doing a lot of research on this one lately. AGSTAR,ARGENT, COUNTRYWIDE, GB HOME EQUITY, Decision1, DELTA, MARIBELLA,MERCANTILE, Ohio,OPTION 1,USA FUNDING, US BANK, Voyager to name a few. My favorites (easy to work with and flexible is delta and gb home equity). Does anyone know of a manufactured + NINA product?
