Arizona property. Straw Bail(sp?) exterior walls, 90%ltv, gift of funds for down payment, no reserves, full income documentation, 680 FICO. Any help appreciated! |

| Its actually a pretty nice looking home; stucco exterior, sheet rock on the interior. the only way you can tell that it is straw bale is that the walls are like 3 foot thick! I bet the r-factor is off the charts. |

It's post and beam framed with the bales in the middle. they are really cool and extremly efficient. Try to find some red neck to punch through three feet of wall |
