CALLED OUR LOCAL AE FOR LONG BEACH, AND THEY WILL DO NO SEASONING, BUT WILL ONLY DO 80% MAX LTV. THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL USE THE PURCHASE PRICE AT 90%LTV, AND THE APPRAISAL PRICE MAX 80%LTV. I NEED SOMEONE THAT WILL DO 90-95%CLTV ON THE APPRAISAL PRICE.. ANY TAKERS? |

| Is the 80% deal through Accredited a conforming deal? Is ownership less than 6 months? |
