| I am currently working with a cliet who wants to pull a HELOC out on his current o/o sfr with a current neg am first. We are looking for atleast 95 %cltv. He only has 6 months seasoning on the mortgage. To top it all off it's a stated deal and his mid fico is 624. For the loan on the new home he is purchasing I need a lender who offers a neg am over 80% ltv. I suggested he just do 100% financing on the purchase and forget the HELOC but he really needs the extra cash. Please Help!! |

Try World Saving pay option arm, I think the max ltv is 80% on a purchase. I don't know anyone that will do a 95% heloc with a 624 score though.

| world will do up to 90% ltv on their purchase program they are advertising a new program up to 95% but i dont have all of the details. southstar will do 100%cltv with there 1%option arm as the 1st. first federal will do up to 95% on one loan with lender paid mi but only in california. wells fargo will go behind neg-am to 90%, 123 loans will go behind neg-am to 100% but the neg-am lender has to go to 100%cltv. www.getmoremoney.biz |
