i've been searching around the internet about different interenet lead sites and they all seem pretty similar... but from your guys experience, which one would u recommend. I just started out in this business, and am looking for a way to generate business for myself other than just cold calling. I do not have a lot of money to spend on advertising, and im not looking to sign any long term contracts for leads until i test it out for myself and see how it works...

any information and/or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
-Danny

Hi Danny,

I am contacting you via email. That way you can review what I have. Take care.

I would suggest looking into mortgagelead.com. Lots of info on them here. Although I am getting to many construction requests for my taste, they have been great to work with. Truly seeking to establish a partnership as opposed to cashing my check.

Do be honest I don't remember. Whatever they cost they are worth it to me as the person on the other end of the phone actually wants to hear from me as opposed to telling me to go to heck along with the other 20 LO's who called.

Hi Danny,

I haven't heard back from you on my email.

I agree. The leads are good. Most of the people I contact have not heard from anybody else yet,and are truly interested in what I have to say. That said, we get a lot of prequal requests, just beginning the home purchasing process etc, but that's OK with me, as I work this market anyway. If you are looking for the quicky refi (not that many of those are left) this is probably not for you.
