My loan Senario is out in Chicago, the borrower is purchasing a Condo at 215k it is a foreclosure with the value of 300k. 750 Fico looking for 90-95% LTV owns another Condo is planinig on moving into this one is looking into a 5 year arm deal. Foreclousre ends in 2 weeks, I'm trying to find some good lenders.
