Hey Guys,
I need a bank that can do a buyout on a chapter 13 two days old. I called two banks URLOANs, and Westworks mortgage. They both require at least 12 months of chapter 13 before they will buy out. I was reccomened to First Franklin which I am waiting for a call back on. The house is in Maryland.

accredited was giving me a little trouble regarding the deal, but option one seems more understanding. We will see.
