I've been at this company for 2 months. I pretty much open 1003's and I expected to have them closed and the commission split with me. In 2 months, I've gotten over 15 apps, and the guys above me can't even close one of them. I was just made a "Jr. LO" but I still think the company is BS. I have job offers from a company with a better split, and everyone over there seems to make more money, but like always, it's starting with a new company. Would you leave a company you were just starting in to go to one that you know has produced results for others? Most would say yes, but if anyone objects, let me hear it. Thanks guys.

You need to control your own files, what are you considered a telemarketer or a loan officer. Learn to process your files, do not take an application and pass it on to someone else in the hopes of them closing it for you. What do you learn from that? The grass is always greener across the street, I jumped around a lot when I started, but have been with the same company for 3-1/2 years now. A good rule of thumb is "2 applications a day, makes the money problems go away". I would call all 15 applications that you took back and figure out what the problem is ASAP, you may be suprised.

Thanks, Jason, for your support. Dave, I offered you a job before. I "get the feeling" the better company is NOT mine. Why work anywhere else, Dave? Your in Mission Viejo, I'm in Newport Beach. Talk to some of my other LO's----I would have NEVER lost your deals!

I offer 100% to you, less $500. I'll help you close whoever you got, and help you develop a marketing plan that will free you up on working for "flakes!" I've been there! I know, CA, is a whole different competitiveness than anywhere else in the country.

Why not come here? I'll help you===no hidden agendas. Just want to help. Give me a call.

Send me an e-mail or a private message with a little more detail? Is origination all up to me or do you provide leads? I believe you said it's possible to work from home, which would be great. I look forward to your e-mail. Thanks Jeff.
