this one is a refi-80%LTV or higher, DTI is 45%, mid score is 535, appraised price is $120,000.00. I would love any help any one can give me-I cannot find anyone to finance double-wide in Vermont.

Wells Fargo may still do doublewides, not sure, and Accredited lists manufactured and modular in their program guides, although I'm not sure of the specifics (LTV and the like)

580 seems to be the cutoff for manufactured pretty much everywhere, let us know if you find a lender!

Argent, Popular Financial, and Chase Manhattan B/C might be options with that credit scores.

If your looking for a lender for any loan sceario - go to Weird Loans.com and sign up - the service is free, you punch in what you have, and they will match you up with a lender in their data base who can help you.

Good luck

Credit score is the problem, you might try Liberty American or Decision 1, they both peg around 80 LTV. Being in Pahrump, I'm always keeping track of who loans for MFG homes....gettin pretty slim though..

Credit score will be your biggest problem although you might try Liberty American or Decision1...I know they both go around 80%LTV (not sure about the score though). Being in Pahrump, NV I try to keep up with whose lending on MFG homes but options are getting slimmer all the time,

Argent is the only company that will loan MFG with that score, that I have found, www.argentmortgage.com

I had a Lendsource rep in here yesterday. Their flyer lists 85% on MFD homes...no single wides, but she said they do double and modulars. We closed loans wiht them, and she seems to kow her stuff.

Also, you might consider going FHA.

I used to sell them. Now I dont try and finance them. Ampro will, they are out of CO. 75% is the max Freddie and Fannie will allow on ltv for refinancing, If you get an LP or DU approval, First Mag, National City, Am Pro....are probably the few. On a refi though, that score will be tough. Argent might work, guidelines pending.
