Hey guys,
I'm quite aware that refinancing properties about to be foreclosed, or purchasing & sub-leasing them (amongst other methods) can be very lucrative financially. I'm a mortgage broker in south Florida (where foreclosures are at an all-time high because of the inflated housing prices), and most of my business comes from ordinary refis, so I'm not too familiar on dealing with people involved in foreclosures. I'd really appreciate some advice on the various methods that I can use to approach different types of potential foreclosure situations. Please be as specific as possible in regards to the steps in the process, cause I know that this is one of the most complicated areas of the mortgage business. Thank you all in advance
Alex

I clicked on your website link and received the following error:

(404 Error) - gtarget

The link would probably work better if you put a space between the end of the links name and the period at the end of the sentence (right after "gtarget").

There was a period at the end of the URL. Let's try it again:
