| Aurora Loans does a 80/20 full doc with a 680 middle and 6mths piti.I/O and waive escrows............equibanc does 100%, seabring capital does 100%.........commonwealth does 100%...........investment property..........hope this helps |

| i tried seabring capitol, no dice. they might get a few done but they conditioned me to death and then decided to offer me full doc or 95%. aurora wants possitive cash flow at 75% occupancy, impossible in californias market. i will try equibanc and commonwealth on monday and let you know what happens for me. i hav had good luck with loan center of california but they only lend in california. have you got any deals through thes guys carmen? if so what was the scenario and how did you package the deal to make it fly? |
