| 6 months reserves required with Metro Mortgage online 866-887-3112 x 1071 fax 1003 credit to 703-832-8632! Let me know if they can realy close that type of deal says they need 620, 720 stated not real sure about bankstatements. Can you do a self employed income ananysis and go full doc? |

| fred, can you recruit chad to the forum? i have not been able to contact him and would like to get his imput on this subject. i can swamp him with loans if he can do noo 100% stated in all states. www.getmoremoney.biz |

Here's the states Chad does loans in: AL, AR, CA. CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WA. His e-mail is creynolds@bankerswholesale.com
