622 mid fico self employed stated 90% ltv o/o duplex 560k loan let me know who is going to do this.
p.s. (2 loans please....don't want to get hit with PMI) |

SOUNDS LIKE I CAN DO THAT LOAN!! NO PMI EVER...

I can do the first to 80% LTV. The second will have to come from another because I need a 640 mid fico to do both liens. Try contacting Craig Sinclair at Secured Funding for the second.
