Couple has a primary home in CA valued at $525,000, 0x30. They want 100% LTV to purchase another home in FL. Husband's mid score 622 wife's mid score 606. Good income & tradelines between the two. So far, I can only get 90%. Who will do 100% financing on an investment/2nd home considering their credit?

| I should be able to get 100% full doc on a 2nd home. Needs to be a legitimate 2nd home, however. If investment I don't do 1st-time out-of-state investors. Just a heads-up. |
