Hello everyone,
I had to get back on the post, it's been a while----and share with you a great originating session I had with my broker, Jeff Gruhler.
I went over to the officer for some training on originating for free. We've discussed how to do it before, calling FSBO's, rentals, title/escrow companies, etc....
Well, we turned his office into a "war room". As I walked in, Jeff was a on a conference call with one his LO's and her lead helping her close a deal. His experience and outside knowledge was perfect. Sounded very consistent with all the calls we've had together. How many other brokers will get on the phone with their LO's? Not many!
We then started shooting off emails to his old borrowers, he ended up gettting two loans out of it! Jeff went into to POINT and used his amortization schedule to "do the math" for his borrower. His finance history sold this guy----those A borrowers everyone hates because they're cheap and want everything for free.
As we were wrapping things up, he got a call from a referral six months back. He'll get that one in a few weeks. It was amazing, he pulled three loans out of thin air.
I think it would be a great opportunity to give Jeff a chance to be your broker, you won't regret it. Aside from the smokin'commission plan-----100% origination and rebate on refi's and 90/10 split on selling or listing homes, he'll hit the pavement with you and get on the phone for conference calls to help you close.
Give him a shot, I did along with my twin brother. We're going to be putty in his hands, giving him our spare time----and he'll turn us into millionaires!
Thanks again Jeff!!!!!

Hey, Danny, thanks for the nice post. Enjoyed our time----- I was tired at the end of the day, but fun.
Now we just need to work on your raquetball game, so next time, maybe you can make the point spread a little closer! ha ha.

I agree, Paul, I've sent him an email asking him to revise that statement.
I know, Danny, he didn't mean this! He's just "green behind the ears."
I'll have him change this. Sorry, anyone! I didn't have him write that.
90/10 is legit. I offer 90% to people selling/listing real estate, I take 10%. |

Hi Midas,
I just got caught up in the email. I didn't mean to offend anyone by anymeans. We're all on this website for a reason and we all have the same thing in common----we all have great ideas, intentions, and want to get a positive reflection on an industry that isn't well liked by consumers. So, anyone who took my "idiot" comment to heart, I sincerely apologize. I hope you understand my competiveness came out in me. If you're like me, you have it too! Lets all have a good time and make some money!

Jeff, tell your lo's not to post here anymore...I'm getting very envious of them...like Santa went to visit their house, but flew right past mine. :(
Okay, before everyone starts defending Jeff and the LO's...I'm just kidding around...the envious part is true though. ;) Dina
