I never tried them. They are expensive. I hope that someone will reply because I would like to know too. They sound good.

I just stared two weeks back at $ 500 per month for 10 leads and went to their seminar. I was disappointed to see that they were making people think that leads are long term contacts and all they want to see if the contact mangement system( that is expensive for contact manamgent) They even consider name with no phone number as lead and if people do not respond, their answer is that Internet people want to hide. I think their seminar will be good place for other lead companies to market their leads.
Also, I think they are violating Respa as just listed is not for mortgage broker but for real estate professional. We can not pay for realtor leads as it will violate RESPA. so I have asked them to hold on to it till I get legal opinion.

Then I met one realtor who did not close a loan for one year and thinks that he can close once he changes his stratgery. Other one had been with them for two months and had not talked to one real person.
The third realtor was for month and had not talked to one real person. So I am afraid it is like another lead companies.

Last. I read ripoffreport.com, and their name poppedup. Hope I amnot going to be ripped off and other people will do their due deligence before they sign up.

When I asked about loan leads, the told me about real estate purchase leads. This is okay for me, but not what I asked for. $500 per area/zip code, and no phone numbers? Not good.

This sure sounds bad.

i was going to try them but decided against it. I had them down to $295 per month with 2 months free and no sign up fee. Only catch was i had to agree to to 6 months. I hate contracts for stuff like this. The one realtor i talked to in my area said that she talked with alot of people about houses but never closed a loan from the site. She is the only realtor in my area that is on there right now.

At least $295 is more reasonable, but that 6 months is a deal killer for me too.
