Learning which lenders do their own underwriting and funding is an aspect of this business (subprime) that LOs sould learn fast. There are 1,000's of lenders with a line of credit. The ones to work with are the ones that lend their own money and make their own underwriting exeptions. Instead of praying that the loan goes through at the end of the month. I can start the list with First Franklin, Option One, Countrywide, Argent, MILA.
