I always thought that when he teamed up with Dick Enberg to announce football games that it was one of the best (if not the best) tandems in sports broadcasting.
He was a class act.

| He definitely was one of the good guys. He did well as a player, as an actor & as a broadcaster. I am sure he did even better as a family man, though I have no idea on that situation. |

I never heard or read a negative thing about Olsen.
One always is curious about how he developed meso, but I guess that really doesn't matter now.
