Does anyone know which lender I can place this deal with?
Here are the parameters:
Value: 1.1 million - appraised 2/10/10 existing lien - 250k cash out refi property type- apartment/church/school (.25 mile away from- University of Southern California)
Requested Loan Amount- Around 500-550k Term - negotiable
Please let me know if you know of any Hard Money Lenders that can help.

Hi Steven
We'd be at <50% LTV for this type of mixed use property. Email coming your way.
We have a private money line of credit product that is pretty unique. It could be beneficial if their cashout needs are more gradual as opposed to immediate. |
