Who is everyone using for their 5/1 P+I Jumbos?
Need 4.75% rate with some rebate.
800 Fico, Full Doc, 71% LTV, CA Purchase. |

ING at 70%, if you can get the 1% lower LTV
Astoria Federal Savings too if you are approved with them. Look out for their reserve requirement.
Union Bank will do this but I don't believe you can get the pricing you need |
