I need a jumbo lender for a purchase loan. CA SFR, Loan amount $1,200,000 75% LTV 740+ FICO,

Any lenders with great pricing?

30 Fixed = 6.5 @ 101

try PMC..if your file makes sence PMC is pretty good with exeption. but your client has to come up with 20% down.

Joe,

shoot me an email with your zip code and this scenario. not available in all areas but i can go upt o $2 Mill to 80% LTV w/ a 720 score.

i'm at 4.625% @ par on a 5/1 ARM right now before any hits.
