| Since i'm new in the business i'm still having a bit of trouble getting some leads. I've set up some deals with builders and stuff but i really want to get things moving. I'll even go door to door anyone have any suggestions on how i should market this. |

| i sent one of my guys (andrew reed) out last monday with a flyer that has a mini app on the bottom and a handfull of pens. he knocked on the door, when they answer he says, hi here is a free gift and hands them the pen. he then says, i am a mortgage specialist in the area and we like to keep business within the community. we are offering a no cost no obligation mortgage analisys to see if we can consolidate debt or just get you a lower payment. are you interested in this? if so please fill out this mini application and i will do an analisys for you. what is the best time for us to meet and go over the results? then move on to the next house. |

Letting people know that you're local works. In the past I've cold called. One of the most successful campaigns did was calling people and I let them know that I was new to the community and the company and that I was calling just to introduce myself.
People opened up to me because they seen me as a neighbor. |
