I use Postcard Mania.

Full color both sides. I picked one of their many fronts and designed the back myself in MSPublisher. I send them a list and they take care of the rest. 5k costs about .30 a piece, which includes everything from printing to postage.
The company closly resembles Purepostcards.com, as one is an offshoot of the other. |
