Last year we were looking to buy a house, and were discouraged to find that there was not a mortgage calculator for the iPhone that included PMI - which is important these days because FHA loans are the rage.
Being an iPhone developer, I wrote one for myself, then decided to put it on the store. In addition to including PMI in calculations, it also shows a nice graph of where the money goes.
