Sure you can if you take the right liver supplement. Are you ready for something natural yet that will fix the problem or are you going to take prescription poison the rest of your life? You never ask so I guess I know the answer.

Sir Rudeness,

What is your natural cholesteral buster?

I have gained so much weight that I have more spares than the Michelin Man.
I am so fat, I look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy!

Liv.52 made by Himalayan, but it takes a little effort as well. You can't just eat what you want and expect to lose fat and reduce LDL. Most overweight people as they age will develop a fatty liver both alcoholic and non. The liver is your biggest fat burning organ and responsible for lowering and converting cholesteral into hormones. When it's running slow and sluggish it throws off everything.

The main items that will give you a jumpstart are a good multi pak like Universal Animal Paks, Liv.52, no artificial sweetners including diet soda (use Stevia) cut calories especially from processed foods and get a gym membership.

And always remember... white ain't right!

Hey, thanks Sir Rudeness!

I take it you are a bodybuilder. Bodybuilders are always on the cutting edge of nutrition
and especially fat-busting. I used to pump iron for years, until I plateaued out, and now I just pump candy bars.

It used to be that lecithin and garlic and omega-3 oils would lower cholesterol. Thats what I use.
I know so many older folks my age(63) that are fat, and have diabetes! And so many fat people cant lose their gut, because their liver is shot...you are right on, my man!

We are what we eat! Now I can blame my gut on a bad liver! Built in excuse! haha.
Back to the Reeses Peanut Butter Cups! Mmmmmmm!

I do stay in great shape and take care of myself, but believe it or not Liv.52 is not on the cutting edge. It's been around for a half century. Of course the reason its been around for a half century is because it works.

Check it out... Well over 300 documented studies and counting: http://liv52.com/

It sounded good after I said it, so I threw steaks on the grill along with sweet potato's and a big salad. I skipped the wine & cookies so I wouldn't have to work them off today.

Hahahahahahahahaha... That's what you get for abusing yourself. I feel great and getting ready to hit the gym. Believe it or not Liv.52 will actually make your hangovers much less severe. I don't really drink, but I have a couple of friends that hit it hard every weekend and are not in the greatest of shape. About 30 days after I turned them on to this product, they swear they don't feel anywhere near as bad the next day.

Yoga? You must be doing it for the flexibility or the women because it sure the hell won't take the fat off or lower the cholesterol.

i like yoga and have been doing it on an off for years. just another thing to do at the gym.

just like you must roller blade for the fitness, cause it sure as hell aint cool. the neon spandex, backwards biker's hat, tank top and fanny pack are not a good look.
