Borrower told me a broker is offering this product.
Fannie and Freddie are requiring 30% on NOO, right?
Who finances for only 20% equity? |

| Purchase we will go up to 80% LTV. Rate and term 75% but I can get an exception to 80%. |

| Nationstar will do 80 if SFR, Fannie is 75 max on mutli. My rep is Frank Seidmann. |

UBOC Wholesale will do 75/80 up to $ 550,000 with 700 FICO and 12 months PITI reserve on 1 unit non-owner SFR.
