Kat just emailed this to me and I was very taken aback. You hear of child abuse but until I got this email I just never visualized how terrible it really is. I am in tears. Do not click on this link if there are children around. Terrible. |

| I sent this out to a lot of my contacts. My husband is very involved in Project Kids, here in Corona. They raise money for child friendly interview rooms, child abuse awareness, etc. It's a very important cause of ours. Although it's painful to look at, please be aware of the children that you see and don't hesitate to contact authorities if you are notice anything suspicious. It could save a life. |

| I can't stop crying over this email. It makes it so real. there was an article in the Press today about a man who killed his infant daughter and he and the mother drove around the country with her in a trash bag. He was previously convicted of murdering his son. WTH! A convicted child killer was let have another baby! The only way they found out about the girls death was the trailer was put in storage and they didn't pay their bill and it was auctioned off. The man that bought the trailer was cleaning it out when he discovered the decomposing remains. The mother is out on O.R. and the father is in custody. Another WTH, since when does our justice system let a monster out on O.R. She's as guilty as he is. |

excuse me, I got it wrong. He is not just in custody, he is serving time for the murder of his first son. NO wonder he couldn't pay his storage fee!

I am soooo glad I read all the comments before I opened that link - I dont think I could stand to see it -
I worked ER years ago and certainly had my fill of this - and it just keeps getting worse
There has to be a better solution - the revolving door of putting them in prison/jail and then letting them out to create more babies certainly is not working

there aren't any dead babies, just bruised and beaten children. It's very sad. done by the hands of the people they should be able to trust the most. |

| that's how I feel, how can a parent, who a child trusts and loves most in the world (even when they're evil) hurt them. I have guilt when I have to give my 5 year old a good swat on the butt. There's never a reason to inflict the kind of harm you see in this link. Believe me, as most parents know, you do feel almost homicidal at times, for instance when you're toddler is throwing a complete temper tantrum in front of your house, but someone you maintain sanity. Some parents must be lacking some "boundary" gene. |

.....just bruised and beaten children..........wow - that is MORE than enough for me - you have no idea the horrors that you see working an ER - and it has taken years for me to get most of those pictures out of my mind and I dont want them back -
IT IS ABSOLUTLEY something that every person should stand up against and do all they can to help -
so very sad - but like katbunk said it is the very people that the children love the most that hurt them - |

| Sorry, I won't look, when I flew a contracted air ambulance, many flights were taking children(babies) from Baltimore's John Hopkins Burn Center to Boston's Shriners Burn Center, most were victims of their parents and unrecognizable as a human(to a point)...Made for very somber flights...I've seen enough for a lifetime... |
