Anyone out there have any suggestions?

5/3 will do it but the hits are over 5% for refi.

Flagstar will do it. I think only .125 juice on top of the standard LLPA hits. Do you have your approve/eligible yet? Locks must be in by Dec 12 on that profile, so you better make sure the lender you pick will close because you won't get a second chance.

B of A wholesale is likely to do it under EAI or EAII
due to low scores. However, you should run "E-Approve"
on B of A AUS system instead of DU as you might even get
"E-approved" and go for the regular A paper rate.
