Need income from co-borrower, which is his dad....
60-70% ltv.....
what is best lender for this scenario?

Pam, sounds like your best is FHA because Fannie and lenders are very strict on borrower "holding their own". More leniency with FHA.

FHA non occ cash out - revised May 10

FNMA - non occ - income cannot be used to qualify
