I have 3 reliable ones.........but in all candor, this data is plentiful, all lead vendors have it and have it inexpensively..........but IMHO in MOST venues ( at least the ones I get calls from Outpost members from) you would be much, much better served tarketing other segments of mortgagors.
I'm not able to give away anything else sans compensation, but I will tell you this is the one segment of borrowers (FHA,VA) that is absolutely getting bombarded by mail marketers..............your dollars are best spent elsewhere and the lead sources for what I allude to are ample. |
