| Have borrower that needs to refinance 5 Investment Properties in Texas. Can't go Fannie/Freddie because he has over 5 financed properties (total of 7). Full doc, 60-70% LTV, 750 credit, $400k liquid reserves. Loan amounts are conforming. |

| Fannie has a 10-property finance program, so they can do it with that program. |
