I believe the broker score requirements will turn out to be similar to correspondent.

they will all be the same, you can't hide... although it may take a few weeks/months..

What Chase, WElls, Citi does = everyone will soon have to follow

We still go down to 580 for purchases FHA ,manual underwrotes,must have strong borrowers.

The 580 is going to end soon. In December all FHA are going to require 620, DTI will be capped at 45%. Will be able to go to 50% with strong compensating factors

Chase corr has been 660 on all VA loans and FHA steamlines for several months now, it just doesn't say that anywhere on the rate sheets. Reg FHA still 620.

B of A will be the only ones able to do below 660 in retail.

Chase correspondent has not been 660 for months. It just changed 11/5 I have a VA closing on monday locked with Chase on Monday. Score is 625

That's pretty high for a VA deal. Chase likes being a correspondent.
