| I believe the broker score requirements will turn out to be similar to correspondent. |

We still go down to 580 for purchases FHA ,manual underwrotes,must have strong borrowers.

| The 580 is going to end soon. In December all FHA are going to require 620, DTI will be capped at 45%. Will be able to go to 50% with strong compensating factors |

| Chase corr has been 660 on all VA loans and FHA steamlines for several months now, it just doesn't say that anywhere on the rate sheets. Reg FHA still 620. |

| Chase correspondent has not been 660 for months. It just changed 11/5 I have a VA closing on monday locked with Chase on Monday. Score is 625 |
