I'm looking to place an owner occupied, SFR, stated refi, 50 - 60% LTV, loan amount $3.5MM(50%) - $4.2MM(60%). Borrower is stated self employed, $1MM liquid reserves, 750 mid.
Same borrower looking for options for Purchase loans, jumbo sized $480k - $900k loan amount, 20 - 25% equity injection.
