| how long are the telemarketing leads good for? lets just say i buy leads today,how long will it be good for,before i have to worry about people that have already or going to sign up for the do not call list? |

| You should check any list yourself on day one. I do. You are the one calling and responsible, never leave it to someone else to scrub your list. I actually do it twice. Then every 30 days. |

| you can get software that will alert you if you try to dial a number on the DNC. If you then want to overide you can(if you have a existing client or family/friend etc on the DNC)One company was call TeleBlock, dont know if there are any others |

If the list comes scrubbed 90 days should be fine. The vendor should provide you with something that will state if list has been scrubbed or not.

A vendor scrubbing a list DOES NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY OF LIABILITY, he who calls is responsible...Nothing a vendor can give you can change that... |
