I'm assuming that you still have your autodialer team setup in your office. Do COX Telephone or Embarq give you problems if you use their unlimited LD plans? What provider are you using?
I know sometimes phone companies have a sh*t fit if you use a dialer on there circuit.
Thanks

Great Question!
I don't use either one of them for our dialing because my state does not offer Quest. Depending on where you are and what type of dialer you use may depend on other options you have. For example, because we are in NV and dont have access to a good unlimmited plan, we have 2 T1s with 24 lines each. Each one of our dialers eats up 8 lines....so that's 3 dialers per T1. If you don't plan on having at least 6 stations you may not want to go that route....Some states offer Qwest and that is the best for an analog line set up for the land based dialer. They have a plan that allows you to have up to 10 small business lines (you need 8 for the dialer) with unlimited calling for like $45 each line ($450 per 6 man dialer)
If you are not in a state that offers Qwest and your using less than 5 stations you may want to just go hosted with our hosted solution. You don't need phone lines for this, just high speed internet.
FYI, We will be moving into a bigger office in Dec and when we do that we are switching half our call center over to the hosted solution. I will be selling the 3 used dialers for less than half the cost of a new one, in case anyone might be interested!
If you have any more call center questions please let me know!

Are they giving you a hard time about "autodialer abuse"? I'm interested in setting one up.

Yes, Cox and embarq wont let you put dialers on their analog lines bud...not unlimited. I tried already. That is why I had to go to T1 with a different service provider. If your in Vegas you should stop buy and take a look at the used Dialers.... I can even set it up free of charge for you since i don't have to travel! Keep in mind that when you are on any of our dialing systems you always get whole sale pricing on your marketing lists....
Also, FYI, these are predictive dialers...not auto dialers!

I just want to let you guys know that we have been using Raymonds dialer system here at our shop and it has been a great experience so far. The dialer is easy to set up and his team is there if you have any questions. Give him a try!

Does your autodialer work best with "press 1" campaigns or just straight predictive dialing with a transfer at pickup?
Just wondering what is working best for brokers.

Our dialer does just the predictive dialing with voice recognition...When someone answers with "hello" the call is transferred to a live rep for the pitch. The "press 1" campaigns are NOT legal any longer.
Any more questions please fire away!
