53% DTI for FHA loan

Anyone know if retail HSBC underwriting will approve a 51/53% dti FHA deal, 90% LTV condo in New York? It's a purchase, I'm competing for it. 800 fico, 18 months on current job, not much in reserves for comp factors

WELL MAYBY SECURITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE WILL DO IT I KNOW THEY DO HIGHER DTI LOANDS FHA
